DESCRIPTION:Upcoming Changes to Trash Collection Service\n\n\nWaste Hauler Transition Ahead! \nValley Vista Services (VVS) will be taking over as the exclusive waste and recycling hauler for all businesses in East Los Angeles and City Terrace beginning on November 1\, 2024. \nValley Vista will serve as the exclusive waste hauler for all commercial businesses within the Belvedere Garbage Disposal District\, which includes the communities of East Los Angeles and City Terrace. \nIf you were unaware that you pay for waste and recycling services through your property taxes and paid another waste hauler directly for services\, you may see some cost savings through WS.  \nBusinesses are not allowed to use another waste hauler under the new contract and are encouraged to review their waste hauling fees to ensure they are not being double charged. \nFor more information about your waste hauling services\, the upcoming transition and community meetings call (888) CLEANLA or visit lacounty.pw/belvedere.
