Los Angeles County Public Works is a Unified Program Agency and a Participating Agency (PA) to the Los Angeles Los Angeles County Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA), which is managed by the Los Angeles County Fire Department Health Hazardous Materials Division. The Los Angeles County CUPA has jurisdiction in all unincorporated and incorporated areas unless the City is a PA or a CUPA as shown in the information below.
