The Waste-Free Event Guide provides practical ideas and guidelines for successfully planning and executing a waste-free event, while supporting the County’s efforts to reduce solid waste sent to landfills.
The Guide includes strategies for managing, reducing, and diverting solid waste from the waste stream. It also provides tips for maximizing recycling opportunities, including the recycling of organic waste like landscaping debris and food waste.
